Wanderer’s Window

This series is an exercise in gratitude for the places I’ve called home during my yearlong sabbatical living in a van.

Oftentimes when a photographer is creatively burnt out they turn to film. The clunky gear helps you slow down and make frames more thoughtfully.

Film has never been my thing. I used my van like an ultra large format camera, my bedroom window being the ‘sensor.’

Photo of me made by my partner, travel companion and van driver while I’m shooting, Jason in Utah.
